Streaming vs. download?

The streaming videos can be viewed on any computer or device that is compatible with mp4 files. Macs, PCs, iPhones, iPads and most Android devices are compatible. If you are online, you will most likely be able to stream our videos without a problem. All clips will be active for the duration of your subscription.

Saving clips – Due to copyright policy, video clips can not be downloaded. You must be connected to the internet to watch the tutorial chapters. You can return to view a clip as often as you would like for the duration of your subscription.

Where is my profile? How do I adjust my email settings, etc.?

Go to the “My Account” page, which is linked from the site’s main menu. There you can see details & duration of your site membership, edit your profile & password and access your invoice history.

The video stopped while I was watching it. How can I fix it?

Occasionally network connections are dropped due to problems somewhere on the internet. In most cases the video will automatically start again after a short period, but sometimes you will have to refresh the page.

Is my computer / device fast enough?

Lack of memory or a slow processor can cause video to stutter or not play at all. Try closing other programs while viewing the video.

Why does the stream continuously buffer?

The player needs a certain amount of video buffered into memory before it can play. If it doesn’t have enough network bandwidth to buffer as much as it needs to, the player will keep trying but never succeed at playing the video stream. Issues that could keep you from having enough bandwidth for buffering include:

– a slow network connection
– too many services or applications using your local network (e.g., watching video while downloading files and surfing the internet)
– too many people using the local network

If you have previously played the stream successfully but are currently experiencing problems, try clearing the cache in your browser.
